Wow, what an amazing system. As an engineer I can tell you this item is actually over engineered and the details have been well thought out. The packaging included a QA slip that said the item had been personally inspected by Larry Miller with a phone number if I had problems. I had put the bike together 10 days prior to Christmas but had not actually tried to join the bike until Christmas eve, and ran into a problem. I called Mr. Miller's number and left a vmail, not expecting he would call on Christmas eve, 30 minutes later he called and gave some great suggestions. More over he said, call him anytime because he wanted to ensure my daughter had the gift for Christmas morning. I was able to work thru my issue, had attached the handlebar incorrectly, which if I had read the instructions better I would have known that earlier. Again, many thanks to Mr. Miller. And after 5 miles on the bike today, my daughter and I give it a big thumbs up! We had been wanting to buy our daughter a bike for her birthday. But since she is not able to ride long distances by herself we also wanted to get some kind of ride on attachment for my bike. This was the best of both worlds. It is very sturdy and easy to put together. And the bike will be great for when she starts riding by herself. Our daughter also loves it and wants to ride every night after work. We have been able to go longer distances and she has a blast. Highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a bike or for a child attachment for an adult bike, either way you will get a great bonus with this purchase |
