Sturdy and functional, but that Cinderella carriage baby carrier is the best! She totes her dolls around in it and has a blast! So much fun! The coaster brakes work when pedal are pushed in opposite direction. The 3 yr old did find pedaling on this a little bit hard. Assembly was pretty easy but the instructions are very generic.
