The Mongoose 16" boy's Kapow is a terrific bike. It is equipped with 5 star mag wheels, front axle pegs. A foot brake and rear hand brake for sure stopping power. Heavy duty training wheels for stability and a quick release seat post for growing children. A full wrap around chainguard for safety and a front number plate included.
